A high-net-worth family in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced and hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the operations of their primary residence and remotely manage other properties, including one in Florida. This role requires a professional with exceptional standards, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and who can take initiative to ensure the smooth running of all household operations. The family consists of a couple with 2 young children who have a full-time, rotating team of four nannies along with a team of housekeepers. The Estate Manager will work closely with the family, ensuring their home reflects elegance, sophistication, and a welcoming atmosphere for their lifestyle and guests.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in managing luxury homes, supervising staff, and planning events while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of three full-time housekeepers to maintain a consistently elevated standard. Provide additional hands-on support when necessary.
- Remote Property Oversight: Oversee the management of secondary properties, including one in Florida and another for sale in Los Angeles, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Event Planning and Execution: Take the initiative to plan and execute small-scale events, including holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and seasonal gatherings. Ensure all events are handled with elegance and attention to detail.
- Wardrobe and Household Care: Manage designer clothing, including storage, cleaning, and dry-cleaning processes. Familiarity with wardrobe styling and organization is highly preferred.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Schedule and oversee any required maintenance or vendor services for all properties.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests feel welcomed and cared for, offering personalized touches like coffee service and other hospitality measures.
- Holiday Preparations: Handle tasks like organizing holiday cards, preparing staff bonuses, and ensuring the home is festively decorated and well-prepared for seasonal events.
Requirements
- 10+ years in estate/house management for ultra-high-net-worth families preferred.
- Hands-on management style with the ability to perform baseline and elevated household tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong event planning and hospitality acumen.
- Knowledge of designer wardrobe care and styling.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am-5pm on site full time, no remote work will be allowed. There is a private office to do administrative work in.
- CompensationCompetitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000, based on experience.
- Full benefits provided after 90 days.
